• 

  Mandibular Resection

  It is a method which resects the bone located right below the ear.
  As it accurately trims the angle, it looks more effective when seen from the
  side than the front. It is recommended to those who have developed
  mandibular bones.

  Cortical Resection

  It is a method which reduces the thickness of the mandible bone by
  resecting the most outer layer among the three mandible layers.
  Unlike mandibular resection, this method looks more effective when seen from
  the front than the side.

• 

  Tosteotomy

  This method is applied on wide and large mentum cases.
  The front chin is fractured in a T-shape and then moved to the center in order to
  achieve a slender mentum.

  Buccal Fat Removal

  Those with a lot of fat deposits on the cheeks may have difficulties
  in seeing dramatic surgery outcomes.
  In such cases, performing jaw reduction surgery and buccal fat removal together
  can maximize the final appearance.

• 

  Muscle Resection

  The internal side of the masticatory muscle is excised in order to reduce
  the thickness of the muscle.
  Since it is difficult to reduce the muscle much due to its functional reason,
  it is usually done together with cortical resection rather than by itself.
