the patients concerns and expectations. This is the most important step, since it then allows me to better educate the patient as to the treatment

options available to specifically address their concerns. During the consultation I review patients’ medical history and perform an examination of

patients’ skin and facial features. 

I personally want to assure my patients that their consultation will be non-stressful, and that it is simply an educational experience to help them

make a well informed decision. There is never any pressure to make a decisioncommitment at the time of the consultation. Patients are always

given the opportunity to take their time and to think about what was discussed with our highly trained managers who provide 1:1 consultation

service to assist each patient make better decision. At the end of the consultation, I advise my patients to bring any questions that may arise and

I offer to meet again to further discuss any of their questionsconcerns. I believe our pre surgery process which addresses the patients’ concerns is the key factor for our success. Patients’ demands and needs become more complex and tricky but with the right approach to the patients

concerns and objectives, I believe that I can provide satisfactory results.
