Nasal tip surgery methods vary according to each individual’s tip structure.
Below are the most commonly done tip plasty procedures.
This method is suitable for those with nose tips that
are close to the ideal shape,
and therefore do not need complicated procedures.
Spread alar cartilage is simply tied together.
This method is done when tying alar cartilage is
insufficient to lift/augment the nose tip.
Appropriate materials such as autologous cartilage, fats, etc,
are engrafted to the tip for further elevation.
For natural outcome, WONJIN uses ear cartilage since it has
the most similar properties with the tip cartilage.
