- What is Nose Extension?
- A short nose usually over exposes nostrils when it is viewed from front side. Nose tip extension surgery has been the most difficult aspects of rhino surgery. Therefore, the most satisfactory outcomes would be derived by undergoing surgery from experienced surgeons.

Nose tip extension surgery point
- The ideal nose length : 1/3 of overall face
- The ideal angle of 45 degree between nasal tip and columella

The nasolabial angle, the angle between the columella and the upper lip, often exceeds over 110 degrees, which is meant to be upturned or short nose. This leads to expose nostril way too much.
