Thin Eyelid Type
Patients with thin eyelids can achieve beautiful results with all types of double eyelid surgeries.
Despite this, non-incision method is the most suitable for thin eyelids mainly because the use of sutures allowing for more natural and less swelling. Moreover, this method does not leave any scars (or barely visible) and it is extremely time efficient in terms of the duration of the surgery and rocovery time.
Wonjin's non-incisional suture method is unprescedented as the original suturing method would involve making multiple singular knots, where as Wonjin’s method sutures one unbroken knot. This method ensures firm fixation of the eyelids and reduces the chance of loosening or becoming undone in the future.

Suturing Non-segmented suturing through several holes to fixate the double eyelid line. A more prominent eyelid line is created and has a lower chance of loosening. With this suturing method, stitch removal will not leave any scars.
Clean suture to minimize scars
Clean and delicate sutures on the surgical area to minimize scar formation.
