The difference with regular orthodontics

Two jaw surgery corrects asymmetry, under/over bite, and other casuses of unbalanced features. The human body has the innate ability to adapt to any situation even if that includes unbalanced teeth and jaws. Surgery can correct this but if left untouched, the jaw and teech placement can revert back to their original position. Therefore, postoperative orthodontics are required to maintain the teech in their newly corrected position and prevent any reversion.

Orthodontics after Two Jaw surgery use the same similar devices and treatment methods as regular braces.
